Tackle your calendar with TimeTackle!

ProductHunt Alert!

It’s time to tackle your free time with Tackle! I had a great time speaking with Fariah  Mehzabeen PhD, COO at Tackle(formerly TimeTackle), and also Assistant Professor at San Jose State about a startup she helped build with friends and how they are enabling users to prioritize their goals using their calendar. With the new year fastly approaching, this app makes it easy to track if you are allowing yourself enough time in your calendar to reach your goals.

Tackle’s mission is to help the world make the best use of everyone’s time. Tackle provides visibility into people’s time to help them create a more productive schedule. Hundreds of top executives and teams use Tackle to get a grip on their calendars and align their time with their priorities. It’s a YC-backed startup from the W2021 cohort so lived and breathed lean startup, and still do. Through their time there and since then, the team applied their lean startup principles and interviewed many people to find the value in reflecting back on your calendar and determining if your priorities and goals were met. Sometimes I, myself, get so overwhelmed looking at my calendar and this app forces me to look at it through a different lens. It’s a calendar analytics tool that gives me a better summary of my time in relation to what goals I am trying to achieve.

Tackle is launching a mini-app called “Year in Meetings” on Product Hunt Today on December 9th, tentatively. The app gives a glimpse of how a person’s year in terms of meetings, i.e., the total number of hours spent in meetings, the number of people met, and much more! Watch their 40-second teaser video and Please check them out while reflecting on your year in meetings!
